Chris Paul was too much to handle for the Lakers on Sunday in a 109-95 win, scoring 24 points on 10-of-18 shooting to go with five boards, 12 assists, three steals and one 3-pointer in 41 minutes.
The Clippers definitely wanted this game and played their studs above their season averages. Paul was off to a slow start in this young April, shooting 27.3 percent from the field for 12.5 points and 0.5 triples in those two games. There was obviously nothing to worry about and CP3 is arguably the best point guard in the NBA when healthy.
