Jeter set to rejoin Yankees for Monday's game

ESPN's Buster Olney reports Derek Jeter will "definitely" rejoin the Yankees in Cleveland for Monday's game.
Jeter looked good in a Sunday rehab game with Double-A Trenton and will almost certainly be in Monday's starting lineup to take on Josh Tomlin and the Indians. It's hard to imagine Ramiro Pena not getting the demotion to clear a roster spot for Jeter.
