Adam LaRoche has labrum, rotator cuff tears

Adam LaRoche said that an MRI has revealed that he has a large tear in his labrum and also some tearing in the rotator cuff of his left shoulder.
This isn't good. We've known since spring training that he had at least a slight labrum tear, but clearly the injury has gotten progressively worse. It's not clear at this point how the Nationals plan to treat the ailment, but you've got to think surgery is a real possibility. Stay tuned.
