Pagan (oblique) homers in first rehab game
Angel Pagan - OF - New York Mets
May 19, 2011 - 11:25 AM ET

Angel Pagan (oblique) went 1-for-3 with a home run and a walk Wednesday in his first minor league rehab game with High-A St. Lucie.

Pagan also played seven innings in center field. The Mets want him to play four consecutive games before being activated from the disabled list, so the soonest we'll see him is Sunday against the Yankees. Keep in mind that he aggravated his oblique injury during his previous rehab stint, so the Mets won't push him if he isn't ready.
