Jeff Green erupts for career-high 43 points
Jeff Green - F - Boston Celtics
March 19, 2013 - 2:25 AM ET

Jeff Green was a one-man wrecking crew for the Celtics on Monday, scoring a career-high 43 points with seven boards, two assists, two steals, four blocks and five 3-pointers on 14-of-21 shooting in 40 minutes in a loss to the Heat.

It's one of the biggest lines of the year by any player and Green certainly made the most of Kevin Garnett sitting this one out. Green had a 31-point, five-block game in one of his other two starts with KG out and he's clearly making Boston look good for bringing him back following his aortic aneurysm from last season. He's obviously not going to be this good when KG comes back, but he's worth owning in all leagues.
