Gay (back) scores 28 points vs. lowly Cats

Rudy Gay played through back issues in Friday's win over the lowly Bobcats, scoring 28 points on 11-of-16 shooting (1-of-3 3PTs, 5-of-5 FTs) with three rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block over 36 minutes.
Gay coughed the ball up six times and nobody else got into a rhythm, but the Bobcats went 1-of-12 from the field to finish the game and the Raps had enough to win at home. DeMar DeRozan hit just 1-of-5 shots for nine points, four rebounds, four assists and a block in the win.
