Jeff Teague says he will not play Wednesday

Jeff Teague (sprained ankle) told Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he will not play Wednesday night.
Teague left Tuesday's game early with the ailment, although he did have the ankle taped and was apparently able to return to the game if needed. Devin Harris should start at point guard Wednesday but it's a mystery who starts next to him given the state of the Hawks' backcourt.
