Kyrie Irving exited Sunday's game with a bruised left shoulder and he will not return.
X-rays were negative and the Cavs will update his status on Monday. He was fouled hard on a shot attempt and he left the game immediately after shooting a couple of one-handed free throws. He's already dealing with soreness in his right knee, but at least the Cavaliers have a day off before facing the Wizards on Tuesday. Shaun Livingston would likely start at PG if Irving misses any games, with more playmaking duties for Dion Waiters and possibly Daniel Gibson.
