Jameer Nelson says former teammate Dwight Howard needs to finally "take ownership" of the things he says about the Magic.
Nelson's comments come after Howard told a local TV station in L.A. that "my team in Orlando was a team full of people who nobody wanted, and I was the leader and I led that team with a smile on my face." Nelson, who has remained quiet despite Howard's comments about his Magic teammates and his time in Orlando, finally had enough Wednesday. "At some point, when are you [Dwight] gonna as a man, when are you going to take ownership and stay out of the media in a professional manner?" Nelson told the Orlando Sentinel. Did we mention Howard and the Lakers make their first trip to Orlando on Tuesday? That should be interesting.
