No information from Bynum's doctor visit

The Sixers don't have any new information on Andrew Bynum (knees), who saw Dr. David Altchek on Tuesday in New York.
"It's a late appointment," GM Tony DiLeo said when asked why there was no information available. "I think we're all trying to gather information and see what the best course of action is," he added. Bynum remains out indefinitely and is a long shot to play this year.
