Wesley Matthews played only 23 minutes vs. the Wolves on Saturday, scoring nine points with three assists.
Matthews' left leg/ankle was obviously bothering him throughout the game, and with the bench playing well Terry Stotts was able to rest his ailing starter. There are no indications that Matthews will miss any games, but the Blazers don't have two consecutive off-days until March 25-26, so don't be surprised if this injury continues to nag at him.
