Paul Millsap a game-time decision on Friday

Paul Millsap will be a game-time decision on Friday against the Bobcats.
Millsap was not at practice on Thursday because his wife was expected to give birth, and he didn't play on Wednesday due to the ankle injury he sustained on Monday. Millsap did say that he was able to run and shoot Friday morning, but he won't test his lateral movement until shortly before tipoff. If he's forced to sit, both Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter will play starter's minutes with Al Jefferson (ankle) is doubtful.
