Danny Granger had his middle finger drained

Danny Granger went to the hospital on Wednesday to have his right middle finger drained due to an infection.
The news broke on this item following Thursday's game after he turned in a season-high 12 points. Granger is fine and should play about 20 minutes per game for a while, but the Pacers are on a back-to-back at Toronto. We wouldn't be shocked to see Granger rest for that game.
