Shaun Livingston started at point guard in place of Kyrie Irving, who is day-to-day with a knee injury, and hit 6-of-11 shots for a season-high 15 points, two rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block as the Cavs beat the Bulls on Tuesday.
More assists would have been nice, but Livingston played well tonight, and might be worth a prospective add in case Irving's knee injury is more serious than the Cavs are letting on. If you remember, Anderson Varejao's knee injury was a day-to-day situation initially, but it turned out to be much more serious, and shut him down for the season. However, all reports out of Cleveland say that Irving's injury is a different animal, and not nearly as serious.
