Amir Johnson will start at PF, Fields benched

Amir Johnson will start at PF vs. the Wizards on Monday, moving Landry Fields to the bench.
Johnson played 32 minutes to Fields' 23 minutes on Friday, so this doesn't change the pecking order, but it should clarify Toronto's frontcourt rotation. Andrea Bargnani, who has been struggling since the All-Star break, should have a clear path to 20+ minutes as a backup PF/C.
