Victor Claver could play some stretch four

Terry Stotts said that Victor Claver could see more time as a stretch four for the Blazers.
It's no secret that the Blazers have the worst bench in the NBA and rank dead last in points per game as a unit. Claver is playing just 13.5 minutes per game this year, so this news isn't likely to put him over the 20-minute mark while the Blazers are healthy. He could be the best option on the bench, but that isn't saying much.
