Patrick Patterson will not play Friday

Patrick Patterson, Toney Douglas and Cole Aldrich will not play against in Friday's game in Atlanta.
The team doctors won't be traveling with the Kings, so the physicals from the trade will keep Patterson, Douglas and Aldrich in California. Jason Thompson will get plenty of minutes at power forward against the Hawks and shouldn't be hurt by the acquisition of Patterson.
