Kevin Garnett likely to take a rest day soon

Coach Doc Rivers said he would "surprised" if Kevin Garnett suits up for each of the Celtics' next three games.
The Celtics are in the middle of a five-game West Coast swing and have three games in the next four nights. It sounds like Rivers wants to give Garnett a rest day. "Listen, I'm going to sit Kevin in games. ... I would be surprised if Kevin played all three of these games coming up." Jeff Green and Fab Melo are candidates to move into the starting lineup if KG really ends up sitting a game out.
