Chris Kaman practiced on Thursday for the first time since January 28 and he could play as soon as Sunday.
Dallas will take on the Lakers and they haven't missed him too much lately. The Mavs have won four of their last five and Kaman seems unlikely to play against the Hornets on Friday. Elton Brand and Bernard James figure to lose some value with Kaman back in the fold.
