Austin Kearns arrested for DUI in February

Austin Kearns was arrested on DUI charges near Lexington, Kentucky back on February 12.
The Indians revealed the regrettable news on Tuesday morning at spring training. Kearns has a court date set for March 10 back in Kentucky but will simply send an attorney and remain in spring camp. The 30-year-old is expected to serve as a part-time left fielder for the Tribe this season.
