Report: Hornets interested in Klay Thompson

The Hornets would have interest in Klay Thompson in a possible Eric Gordon deal, sources told the New Orleans-Times Picayune.
However, the Warriors are reportedly reluctant to part with Thompson, and we heard previously from Warriors beat writer Marcus Thompson that a trade bringing Gordon to the Bay Area is unlikely. The Hornets would also probably have to send another young asset like Harrison Barnes, and given Gordon's inflated deal and injury-plagued history, we can't imagine these two teams hooking up on a deal. It's also worth noting Gordon has the power to veto any trade this season.
