Derrick Rose (ACL surgery) said this week that his leg "still isn't feeling right."
Although Rose hasn't experienced any setbacks, the fact that he's still not dunking or feeling close to 100 percent 10 months after his tear is concerning. Iman Shumpert, who tore his ACL on the same fateful April day, has been back for a month. Rose also conceded that he's not going to come back as a mere shooter because that's not what he does well. In order to be effective, he needs his unique speed, lateral movement and leaping ability. Rose can't even dunk off a stride yet.
