Garnett clarifies 'last All-Star Game' remark
Kevin Garnett - F/C - Boston Celtics
Feb. 15, 2013 - 3:10 PM ET

Kevin Garnett says his "last All-Star Game" comment only meant that he didn't expect to be picked for another one after this year.

Garnett's clarification comes after both Doc Rivers and Danny Ainge threw cold water on the idea that KG would retire after this season. Although he'll be 37 in May, Garnett continues to be one of the better low-post defenders in the game and is still averaging 15.1 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.0 blocks. He's also owed $12.4 million in 2013/14 salary. We'd be stunned if he even considered retirement this summer.
