Report: Pacers unlikely to move Granger now

A person close to the situation tells ESPN's Chris Broussard the Pacers are unlikely to trade Danny Granger before next week's trade deadline.
The rise of Paul George while Granger (knee) was sidelined appeared to make Granger expendable, but Broussard reports the Pacers like the idea of moving George to SG and playing the two together. For one, keeping Granger, at least for the rest of this season, would allow the Pacers to move Lance Stephenson to a reserve role and strengthen their bench. But more importantly, it's highly doubtful the Pacers could get a fair return on Granger coming off a major knee injury, especially considering he's still not ready to play.
