Report: Noel should still be top five pick

Nerlens Noel (torn ACL) is still expected to be a top-five pick if he declares for the 2013 NBA draft, several GM's told Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated.
The 2013 draft class is weak and would be even weaker without Noel. The injury is awful and we feel for Noel, but if he does declare, it shouldn't have an extreme impact on his draft status. There is no timetable for his return, but he's not expected to be ready by the time the 2013/14 NBA season begins.
