Eric Gordon out with sprained right hand
Eric Gordon - G - New Orleans Hornets
Feb. 14, 2013 - 3:15 AM ET

Eric Gordon will not play against the Blazers on Wednesday due to a sprained right hand.

The injuries are really piling up on Gordon. He doesn't play in back-to-back sets because of his knee, he has missed time due to a back issue and now his hand is bothering him. The extent of the hand injury is not yet known and the Hornets will likely conduct further testing. The All-Star break should help him recover, so he's not a guy that should be cut based on this news. Austin Rivers will start, but his field goal percentage is too low to be relied upon in most leagues.
