Pau Gasol does not need to get foot surgery

Pau Gasol (torn plantar fascia) will not need surgery on his foot, but his timetable to return remains unchanged.
Gasol will be out for a minimum of six to eight weeks, and there is a very real chance that we don't see him again during the regular season. Gasol is currently still on crutches and is undergoing therapy on his foot to reduce the swelling. Earl Clark's fantasy value is locked in the rest of the way.
