Paul Pierce flirted with a triple-double in Monday's 94-91 loss to the Bobcats with 13 points, eight rebounds and eight assists in 29 minutes.
He added one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in a shocking loss that snapped a seven-game win streak. Pierce has a ton of responsibility right now and his assists per game have jumped up to 7.4 with Rajon Rondo out of the lineup. He's going to have a big second half.
