Rasheed Wallace (foot) is still not doing contact work, and the "next phase" in his rehab will be Wallace running and resuming contact drills.
The fact that Wallace isn't even running yet shows the humor behind Sheed's "day-to-day" tag, but we all knew he was going to be out for an extended period. The team will reportedly assess the veteran after the All-Star break, and "if things aren't looking good," the Knicks could be in the free agent market for a backup big man.
