Joakim Noah still battling pain in right foot

Joakim Noah admitted on Friday that his plantar fasciitis is still causing him pain, but he vowed not to miss any games.
Noah even intends to play in the All-Star game, and he said that playing on Thursday and Friday didn't cause any setbacks. "I'm trying to get my foot right and get all the treatment possible," he said. "I'm hoping I can play through this and it improves even though I'm playing."
