Sources tell ESPN's Marc Stein that the 76ers are exploring trading swingman Evan Turner.
The Sixers have been quite the disappointment this year, helped in no small part by Andrew Bynum's (knees) injury woes. For his part, Turner has been up and down all season, including a recent three-game stretch in which he's averaging just 4.7 points and shooting 25 percent from the field. Still, on the whole the former No. 2 overall pick has reached career highs across the board and is even more important with Thaddeus Young (hamstring) sidelined. Just like owners shouldn't overreact to his recent cold streak, take this report with a grain of salt.
