Kendall Marshall played 20 minutes against the Hornets on Wednesday and had no points, one board, three assists and no turnovers.
Marshall has been as advertised at shooting at the NBA level, making 37.0 percent of his field goals this year. He shot a putrid 31 percent from the field in the D-League and his inability to hit shots in college was the biggest knock on his draft-day value. He won't be knocking off Goran Dragic any time soon, but the rookie might be able to produce in the event of an injury.
