GM confirms Titans will trade or release V.Y.

Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt confirmed at Friday's press conference that he plans to trade or release Vince Young.
The bridges are burned, and not even owner Bud Adams can save Young in Tennessee at this point. According to Terry McCormick's TitanInsider, two undisclosed teams have joined the Vikings as potential destinations for V.Y. The Titans' next coach should have a say in whether the team targets a veteran or a first-round rookie as the team's 2011 quarterback.
