Patrick Patterson caught fire vs. the Bobcats, making 10-of-12 field goals to finish with 24 points, four rebounds and one assist in just 29 minutes of action.
Two of Patterson's makes came from downtown and 14 of his points came in the fourth quarter, so with any luck this will inspire Kevin McHale to give him more playing time next week -- he's cracked 30 minutes once in the past month. Backup PF Marcus Morris, meanwhile, finished tonight's game scoreless in 19 minutes.
