Dwight Howard will 'definitely' play Sunday

Dwight Howard (shoulder) will "definitely" play against the Pistons on Sunday, according to a team source.
He is en route to Detroit and all reports are that he will be ready to go following his platelet-rich plasma treatment. Dwight will have to avoid another aggravation on Sunday and it should be interesting to see how Mike D'Antoni tries to manage his All-Star center.
