Smart: DeMarcus Cousins needs to work harder

Keith Smart said that DeMarcus Cousins needs to run the floor more consistently.
"You need to get down the floor right away. If you get down the floor right away you just created a post up game for us without me calling a play," he said. Smart wants Cousins to be more decisive, and the big man does have a tendency to loaf on the court at times in certain situations. "You may run the floor 10 times and only get the ball once but you can't stop running the next 10," Smart added.
