Kyrie Irving - G - Cleveland Cavaliers
Jan. 31, 2013 - 3:25 AM ET

Kyrie Irving will be pulling double duty at All-Star weekend after the second-year guard was named as one of the participants in this year's Rising Stars Challenge.

It'll be the second straight appearance in the challenge for Irving, who'll be playing in his first All-Star Game on Sunday. Kenneth Faried, Brandon Knight, Kawhi Leonard, Chandler Parsons, Klay Thompson, Tristan Thompson, Nikola Vucevic and Kemba Walker are the other sophomores who will be thrown into the "draft" pool along with nine rookie selections. TNT analysts Charles Barkley and Shaquille O'Neal will then pick two teams out of the assembled group of rookies and sophomores.
