Greg Oden's agent confirmed that there is mutual interest between Oden and both the Heat and the Cavaliers.
Oden's agent, Mike Conley, said the injured big man could visit the Heat next week and said talks with Miami executive Pat Riley have been going on and off for two to three weeks. Conley also called the Cavs "sort of a home-state team" since Oden attended Ohio State for one year before turning pro. Both the Cavs and Heat had been reported as the favorites to sign the former No. 1 overall pick, who hopes to sign before the end of this season in order to be ready to return to the court next fall.
