Andrew Bynum targeting Feb. 1 practice debut

Andrew Bynum (knees) could return to full practice by the end of the week, and the Sixers are hopeful he'll be able to play in at least one game before the All-Star break.
Thee Sixers have been tight-lipped with Bynum's progress considering all of his setbacks this season, but it appears real progress is being made. Bynum has bene participating in shootarounds, doing non-contact drills and working on the antigravity treadmill. "We're hoping for the first of February for practice," GM Tony DiLeo said. Bynum is worth a speculative add in all formats if he's on the wire.
