Pacers won't rush Danny Granger's return

Danny Granger (knee) is progressing, but the Pacers won't rush him back before the All-Star break if he's not ready to return.
The Pacers would like for Granger to get into a game before the break, but also want Granger healthy for the stretch run. "The week or so before the All-Star break, we'll look to see if it makes sense to play him then or wait until after the break," coach Frank Vogel said Saturday. We wouldn't be surprised in the last if they decided to hold him out. The question for fantasy owners is how Granger affects Paul George upon his return.
