Jason Richardson out w/ left knee synovitis

Jason Richardson did not practice on Friday because he has left knee synovitis.
Synovitis is a condition that causes inflammation in the knee joint. It can be caused by a variety of things, but if not treated properly, it can become a chronic concern. Richardson has had knee issues all season, so we can't say we're terribly surprised. Dorell Wright and Nick Young stand to benefit from Richardson's absence.
