Jimmy Butler matched a season high with 18 points and set a new high with nine boards in Wednesday's win over Detroit, adding four assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 46 minutes.
He's been everything the Bulls could have ever asked for with terrific defense and even creating his own shot on offense. Butler's role will likely be cut once Deng can return, which could be as soon as Friday.
