Russell Westbrook left with an ankle injury just before halftime on Sunday, but he played throughout the second half and overtime, finishing a loss vs. the Nuggets with 36 points, eight rebounds, nine assists and seven turnovers in 48 minutes.
WB had his ankle re-taped and played through the pain, even knocking down a cold-blooded 3-pointer to force OT. Including tonight's huge game, he's averaging 33.8 points in OKC's last four games. We'll keep a close eye on him leading up to Tuesday's road game vs. the Clippers, but it's a virtual certainty that he'll play.
