Knight benched due to Bynum's hot play

Lawrence Frank said that his decision to bench Brandon Knight after 18 minutes on Thursday "wasn't so much that Brandon didn't play well, it's just that Will [Bynum] was playing very well."
This aligns with our expectations, and Frank expressed confidence that Knight will "continue to get better" throughout the season, but that doesn't give fantasy owners much relief. The good news is that Bynum isn't a long-term threat to Knight's value.
