Alan Anderson tied his career high with 27 points off the bench on Wednesday, hitting 10-of-18 shots and four 3-pointers, and added five rebounds in 35 minutes, despite suffering a chipped tooth on Tuesday.
He rendered Landry Fields useless tonight, but had scored a total of seven points in his previous two games. He probably earned more playing time with tonight's performance, but we expect Fields and his big contract to continue to hold down the starting job. And that means that Anderson will probably continue to be hit-and-miss going forward.
