Iman Shumpert cleared, may return vs. Pistons

Iman Shumpert (knee) has been cleared to return and is targeting Thursday against the Pistons in London for his season debut.
This is a bit of a reversal after it seemed unlikely Shumpert would even make the trip overseas. However, barring an injury Shumpert holds minimal fantasy value in most leagues. He'll likely be eased back into the rotation and even then will primarily be used in a defensive role. His biggest impact will be on the minutes of the struggling Ronnie Brewer.
