Report: Mavs interested in Oden for 2013-14

A source tells ESPN Dallas that the Mavs have been in contact with the player rep for free agent Greg Oden.
Now that Oden has made it clear he is intent on playing in 2013-14, teams are starting to line up and kick the tires. He'll be a low-risk, high-reward kind of addition for contending teams. Of course, Oden still has a long way to go in his rehab as he recovers from this third microfracture procedure. He's currently working out at Ohio State and taking classes toward his degree. The Heat were also rumored to be interested, but Oden's agent has denied that.
