O.J. Mayo shot 8-of-15 from the field for 24 points with 10 boards, five assists, one steal and one 3-pointer against the Kings on Thursday.
He was leaking out on a lot of fast breaks tonight and six of his eight makes came at the rim. Mayo hasn't made more than one 3-pointer in four games in a row, but he's still taking 6.3 attempts per game from beyond the arc. His recent 3-point shooting slump with Dirk back seems more coincidental than anything and his owners should expect him to come out of it soon.
