Eric Gordon starts, heats up in the clutch

Starting at SG for the first time this season, Eric Gordon scored 14 points with four assists, one steal, two blocks and three turnovers in 35 minutes.
Gordon's minutes are ramping up and his status for back-to-back games is irrelevant for the next 10 days, as New Orleans doesn't play such a set until Jan. 15-16. He struggled for most of this game, beginning 1-of-9 from the field, before making a series of clutch baskets to help New Orleans snap their losing skid with an OT road win in Dallas. So far, so good.
