Backup PG Aaron Brooks (ankle) practiced on Monday and "should be" available for Tuesday's game against the Pistons.
Brooks' availability and ultimate return will test the surging Isaiah Thomas' fantasy value right away, as Thomas could put up Wilt Chamberlain numbers and cure cancer on the same night and still not get the keys to the Kings' rudderless offense. Smart amazingly went out of his way to downplay Thomas' big night in Sunday's win, and unfortunately we see no evidence to believe that he'll stop playing Brooks (or Jimmer) at IT's expense. That said, Thomas has always been held back by the Kings and last year he made a living under that duress.
